Privacy notice

This short notice covers the Kinwright marketing website only. It does not cover the Kinwright software, which has a separate privacy notice for account, case, and document data.

Who we are

Kinwright Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at contact@kinwright.ai.

What we collect and why

  • Beta interest: your first name, email address, optional general area of interest and referral code. We use these details, with your consent, to manage beta interest and email you about access to Kinwright.
  • Contact messages: your name, email address and message. We use these details where necessary for our legitimate interest in reading and replying to enquiries.
  • Basic technical information: our hosting systems may receive information such as your IP address, browser and request time to deliver and secure the site, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a safe website.

You do not have to use either form. Without the requested contact details, we cannot add you to the beta list or reply. Please do not include details about your case, children, health, finances or allegations in these marketing-site forms.

We do not use this website data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Who receives it

Access is limited to Kinwright staff who need it and suppliers that host and maintain this website and its database, currently Railway. They may process data only to provide their services to us or where the law requires it.

If a supplier processes personal information outside the UK, we use an approved transfer safeguard where one is required, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Beta-interest details: until the beta recruitment purpose ends, or until you withdraw your consent, and reviewed no later than 24 months after collection.
  • Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we need them longer to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
  • Technical and security records: only for as long as reasonably needed for security, fault-finding and abuse prevention.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw beta-email consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in an email or contacting us. You can also ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to some uses, or ask us to transfer information you provided where that right applies. These rights can have legal exceptions.

Email contact@kinwright.ai. We normally respond within one month and do not charge a fee.

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. During private preview, the site sets one strictly necessary cookie after the correct preview password is entered. It remembers access for 30 days, contains a security token rather than your name or contact details, and is not used for tracking. No consent banner is needed for this essential access cookie.

Changes

We may update this notice when the site or our suppliers change. The current date appears above. If we make a material change affecting people on the beta list, we will take reasonable steps to tell them.
