About this site

This website is operated by Kinwright Ltd. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The site introduces Kinwright, a software product being developed for people handling family-law matters in England and Wales. It lets visitors read about the proposed product, register interest in the beta and contact us.

Information, not legal advice

Kinwright is not a law firm, is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and does not provide legal advice or representation. Content on this marketing site is general information about the product. It does not consider your circumstances, create a solicitor-client relationship or attract legal professional privilege.

Do not rely on this website to make a decision about a case, meet a deadline or respond to an emergency. Check official sources and consider advice from a regulated legal professional. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate specialist service.

Product information and beta interest

Kinwright is under development. Product descriptions, demonstrations, features, availability and intended pricing may change. We try to keep this website accurate but do not promise that every page is complete, current or error-free.

Registering interest is free, is not a purchase or offer, and does not guarantee beta access. If we invite you to use the software, separate product terms and a separate product privacy notice will apply.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful or malicious material, or scrape it at scale. We may block access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or others.

Availability, links and liability

We may change, suspend or withdraw this website without notice. Links to third- party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from use of this free marketing site. Nothing here affects rights you have under consumer law.
